Wagner Applauds Passage of American Health Care Act

WASHINGTON –Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO-02) released the below statement following today's vote to pass the American Health Care Act:

"Working with President Trump, the House made real progress for the people of Missouri and fulfilled our promise to provide relief from the Obamacare death spiral. The American Health Care Act will provide more access to affordable health coverage while stabilizing the insurance marketplace, lowering premiums, and reducing our federal debt and taxes. Obamacare has made healthcare completely unaffordable and unworkable for the American people, and I applaud my colleagues for listening to the needs of our families at home and coming together to pass this historic piece of legislation."
