Wagner Recognizes Hope Ranch of Missouri as an Angels in Adoption Honoree

October 9, 2026

Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO) released the following statement after she honored Hope Ranch of Missouri with the 2026 Angels in Adoption Award, recognizing the organization for its extraordinary contributions on behalf of vulnerable children and families. Hope Ranch provides a safe and supportive environment, including education, therapy, and counseling, to help foster children heal and develop self-confidence.

“It was my honor to nominate Hope Ranch of Missouri as a 2026 Angels in Adoption recipient,” said Congresswoman Wagner. “I have visited and seen firsthand how Hope Ranch serves foster children in our community and their commitment to help those in need is truly admirable. This organization is an incredible asset to our community here in Missouri, and this award is a testament to their ongoing passion and dedication to supporting foster children.

“This recognition belongs to the entire Hope Ranch community,” said Rev. Jay DeBeir, Executive Director of Hope Ranch of Missouri. “It belongs to our staff who walk alongside young people every day, to our Board and supporters who make this ministry possible, and especially to the children and young people we are privileged to serve. We are appreciative of the Congresswoman's recognition of Hope Ranch to enable the ministry to receive this award.”

The Angels in Adoption program began in 1999 to honor organizations and individuals making extraordinary contributions on behalf of vulnerable children and families. Hope Ranch was able to attend the Angels in Adoption Hill Day and Celebration on September 29th, honoring recipients across the country.

Hope Ranch of Missouri has been located in Sullivan since 2022.
