In April 2016, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the same resolution under the Congressional Review Act, which Wagner introduced.

BALLWIN, MO – Today, Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO-02) released the following statement after the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) selected North St. Louis City as the new location for its West Headquarters:
Yesterday, the Environmental Protection Agency released its most recent monthly report on the status of the West Lake Landfill. The EPA reported further testing to determine the extent of the radiologically impacted material (RIM). Testing showed RIM is present in the north quarry of the Bridgeton landfill, showing the RIM is closer to the fire than previously thought.
